The services offered enable our clients to retain their independence and dignity by choosing to live in their own home with reliable and excellent care at a reasonable cost, ranging from full 24 hour live in care to part time and temporary care including sleepovers.

We are also able to provide terminal care to enable people with a terminal illness the choice to remain in their own homes for as long as possible or until the end of their life.

Please note that at the moment we can provide daily carers only in and around the Bristol / Bath area.

A carer will normally work a 12 hour shift for either a sleepover or waking night. Rates vary, please contact us for more information on costs and availability.

If a client requires care during the night we can supply extra carers to help, however, we are not a nursing agency and can only supply non nursing care.

If, for any reason, a problem should arise one of our managers will be available to help resolve the matter.

A visit to meet the client will be arranged by one of our agency managers. The manager will be able to assess the full needs of the care package and explain in person how the agency works.

When a date has been confirmed by the client a suitable carer will be chosen and asked to contact the client or client representative.

The booking will be confirmed in writing by the agency.

The agency is staffed by a dedicated and experienced team who are committed to offering a service which generates dignity, wellness and independence to its clients.
